35% of the NGR if the monthly NGR is equal to or less than 1,000 euros.
40% of the NGR if the monthly NGR is from 1,000 euros to 2,500 euros.
45% of the NGR if the monthly NGR is from 2,500 euros to 5,000 euros.
50% of the NGR if the monthly NGR exceeds 5,000 euros.
You will be able to get up to 50% on commission percentages, but this will require a high performance on your end.
