BOA Elite was launched in September 2012 and is a binary options network affiliate program. They represent all SpotOptions brands including Banc de Binary and Dragon Option and over 20 brands in their portfolio. The brands are licensed in Cyprus and each brand has their own target markets but combined they cover basically all major languages and all worldwide markets.
The program has a starting CPA rate of $250 and the maximum listed is $400. The program is planning to roll out revenue share and hybrid commissions.
