These casinos used to accept players from the United States but as of May 15th, 2011 have stopped accepting new American players.
The affiliate program offers a non-tiered revenue share commission of 35%. The sub-affiliate commission rate is also non-tiered and set to 5%. This casino affiliate program does not have any negative carry over and they do not bundle the casinos. The dashboard backend gives you the current stats overview for the current month which shows impressions, clicks, downloads, player signups and 1st depositors.
