There's also a sub-affiliate commission (an undisclosed percentage of the casino profit) for referring other affiliates. Payouts are generally processed in 1-3 business days using Visa (debit/credit cards), MasterCard (only credit cards), Neteller, Skrill, and Wire Transfer (for EU Banks). The minimum amount required for the system to process the payout is $100 (applies to all payment methods).
